You can order individual wheels if you need a replacement. Please call us for

What does ET stand for?
'ET’ is to do with the offset of the wheel. Each vehicle has a different offset,
and wheel manufacturers need to determine the position the wheel fits within
the wheel housing. The lower the offset number, the further out the wheel sits
Can Trade Wheels fit wheels to my car?
As a mail order company we keep our overheads low to provide the best possible
prices for our customers. Therefore we do not offer a complete fitting service
and do not fit wheels to cars. All items are delivered or can be collected from
our warehouse.
Can Trade Wheels provide tyres?
Trade Wheels works with some of the largest tyre
distributers in the UK. We can provide all range of tyres including Michelin,
Continental, Dunlop, Pirelli, Falken and Kumho.

How will my items be delivered?
We use one of the largest next day courier services in the UK, Business Post who
can deliver anywhere in the England, Scotland and Wales next day. Northern
Ireland and Ireland can take up to two working days. All items dispatched are
completely insured.
Items will need to be signed for by the recipient. If no one is in to receive
and sign for the items, a card will be left by Business Post, and you can
re-arrange delivery at a more convenient time for you from your local depot

Wheels Only:
England, Wales, Scotland - £35.00

When do I receive my items?
Once your order has been confirmed and payment authorisation has been given by
your card issuing bank we aim to process your order quickly and efficiently to
ensure that it is delivered as soon as possible. As your order is being
dispatched we will give you a unique tracking number whereby you can track your
parcel every step of the way using the Business Post website
Delivery is normally the next working day, Delivery times can vary any time
between 8am and 5:30pm. However, most deliveries arrive by lunchtime.
We can offer a timed delivery service e.g. before 10am before 12am etc at an
additional cost.
What do I need to do when the courier driver arrives?
All items are inspected before they leave our warehouse to ensure that they are
in perfect condition, it is up to you, the customer to check the goods before
signing them as "received in good condition" from the courier company delivering
your order. Once you sign for these goods no claims for damages in transit can
be made unless the damage is stated upon delivery.
How can I make payment?
Payment can be by the following ways:
Credit Card – Visa and Mastercard
Debit Card - Delta, Switch or Solo
Bank Transfer – Please contact us for bank details

Please note all Credit/Debit card transactions will be verified by the card
issuer, and delivery can only be made to the cardholders registered address.
What if my item(s) are not in stock?
During your order, you will be advised of stock availability. If we do not have
your item in stock we can usually order the items direct from the manufacturer
and have it delivered to you in approximately 7-10 working days
What if I find the items cheaper elsewhere?
At Trade Wheels we strive to offer our parts at the best possible price without
compromising on service. We also offer a price promise where if you find the
same item advertised cheaper elsewhere within 7 days we will match it. This
excludes special offers and clearance products.
What is my vehicle codename?
If you scroll to the bottom of the page and click on
'vehicle codes', you can determine the shape of your vehicle by the year it was
manufactured.
Does the price include VAT?
All our prices include VAT at the standard rate (currently 17.50%)
